The process of information delivery in support of disaster preparedness and risk management was shared during an ASEAN delegation's visit to the Brunei Darussalam Meteorological Department on 06th April afternoon.

The 85-member delegation took a closer look at the processes, facilities and operational systems used in weather observation and monitoring, as well as the preparation and delivery of weather forecasts, advisories and warnings to various users. The sharing also highlighted the department's role in directly supporting the National Disaster Management Centre.
